Annadale Technologies specialises in the design and development of high performance, mission-critical online transaction processing (OLTP) software and self-service applications for the financial services industry.

 

Job Purpose

Annadale Technologies Ltd currently has a requirement for an Office Administrator for a 10- month contract. The role will require a structured and organised approach to work, problem solving skills, an analytical approach, excellent communication skills – written and oral, and exceptional attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Office administration - managing post and general invoices, answering the phone and screening calls to management and project management team, ordering stationery etc.

  • General administration - Support in the provision and structure of training courses, board meetings etc. Supporting in the organization of team outings;

  • Facilities – dealing with any requests e.g. security fobs, car park, air conditioning, office expansion, building access etc.

  • Administrative assistance to Management - Support in the organisation of Management and Operations team calendars; Booking flights and accommodation, managing expenses; Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Project Management teams


 

Professional Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills, with particular attention to detail

  • A strong ability to multi task, with excellent time management skills

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines

  • At least 2 years administration experience is required

  • Ability to work on one's own initiative, whilst also being able to take direction

  • Be fully computer literate – strong MS-Office Professional experience is essential

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and often under pressure
